 Q. Do I have to use/own essential oils to participate in this program?

A. No. The program is for ANYONE, with or without oils.

    1. You can experience the impact of this program without the use of ANY oils... so go ahead and invite your non-oily friends to join you! If you would like to purchase essential oils or any other Young Living products recommended for the cleanse, you can use my referral link HERE.

    2. If you are just getting started with the Young Living Premium Starter Kit, this is a great way to get your feet wet. We will offer daily tips for using the oils in your starter kit.

    3. Are you a veteran oiler? GREAT. We will be incorporating options each day for you to kick your oily-infused-product obsession into HIGH GEAR. 

Q. How do I access all of the lessons?

A. You gained access to the entire program the moment you started! I recommend that you set a reminder on your phone so that you can come back daily to take a look at the new lesson.


Q. How much time will this take out of my day?

A. Each lesson will offer a suggestion for making small daily shifts in your life. Some days will take a few minutes; some will require a little more time. If a little more time is required than you have on a certain day, just save it for another day, but in order to receive the maximum benefit from this program, be sure to complete it within the 28 days and without building up a backlog of more than a day or two.

It is also recommended that you spend 5-10 minutes each day to complete a small assignment in your workbook that corresponds to each day's task. 


Q. Will the recipes during the 5 Day Clean Eating Cleanse (week 4) be suitable for all diet types?

A. The recipes were developed for the cleanse with the intention to be gentle on your digestive system. You will be given options to prepare your meals to be vegan, vegetarian, or paleo while avoiding common foods that tend to cause inflammation.

A. Of course. The more accountability the better.
