Immune Boosting Roller Recipe
...a must haves to help support your immune system
 
10 drops Thieves
10 drops Lemon
10 drops Frankincense
5 drops Peppermint
10ml roller bottle 
Top off with a carrier oil or V6 vegetable oil


When you feel the need for an immune boost roll on the bottom of your feet and throw on a pair of socks. Apply as often as once per hour.
