It’s no secret that chronic emotional stress can wreak havoc on the body. I’m sure you’ve heard of the “mind body connection” and you probably have stories of how stress has affected you physically. DIY STRESS RECOVERY SERUM
4oz glass dropper bottle
Castor oil
25 drops Nutmeg
20 drops Clove
20 drops Frankincense
20 drops Rosemary

Mix all ingredients in the dropper bottle, you can find them on Amazon. Shake well before using.
Apply over the lower back every morning and before bed each evening.
